When using our services, you agree to:

  • Follow all server rules and guidelines

  • Not use cheats, hacks, or exploits
  • Not engage in harassment or discrimination
  • Not impersonate staff members
  • Not share or sell your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and provide in-game benefits as described on our website. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing and benefits with reasonable notice.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violations of these terms or server rules, without prior notice or liability.

6. Intellectual Property

Radiant Roleplay is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. GTA V and related trademarks are property of their respective owners. Our custom content, branding, and website are property of Radiant Roleplay.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of in-game progress, items, or data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xellian (operating as Radiant Roleplay) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through our Discord server.
